Man, you made a lot of sausage. That first picture was definitely slightly disgusting.

However, I totally know what you mean about the stringy-chewy-ness of the gluten all by itself. It’s like I’m chewing on tendons. Although vegan dad’s sausage is really delicious in spite of that. Looks awesome!

I buy it online from Flourbin. Their postage costs are exorbitant so I tend to buy in bulk, along with other interesting things they sell like vanilla pods and arrowroot.
