I felt silly writing that black bean soup recipe-- it's like "you put this is.. then that.. then that" and your done. haha The Potato and Leek soup looks awesome. I'll have to try that. Btw -- if you try the black bean soup, and you like things a little spicy, add some Sracha. It's really flavorful. I added about a two table spoons and it was good. Most people don't like things very spicy so I just left it out of the recipe. And the bacon? It doesn't do much for texture. It just adds a smoky flavor really. It's too bad you can't get Smart Bacon over there. It's a good product. I know what you mean.
