		<description>I don't remember ever cooking a lot with cinnamon.  It went into Christmas Cakes and a Danish Apple Cake.  I do remember Seb having a liking for his own home-made cinnamon-on-toast!  Maybe one should make sure the cinnamon is fresh.  Reckon that's where we probably went wrong, having recently found some very old tubs of spices secreted away in the cupboard...</description>
