		<description>Hmm, I can&#039;t really remember exactly how good it was any more.   It was definitely pretty good but the novelty factor outweighed any gastronmic considerations :)

The &quot;fat&quot; did stick to the meat.  The &quot;skin&quot; was also stuck to the fat.  The meat bit was some kind of soft seitan with a light and pleasant salty flavour.  I think the fat was fairly flavourless but quite soft.  The skin was more cosmetic than anything -- not crispy or flavoured at all.</description>
