		<description>Hmm, I can't really remember exactly how good it was any more.   It was definitely pretty good but the novelty factor outweighed any gastronmic considerations :)

The "fat" did stick to the meat.  The "skin" was also stuck to the fat.  The meat bit was some kind of soft seitan with a light and pleasant salty flavour.  I think the fat was fairly flavourless but quite soft.  The skin was more cosmetic than anything -- not crispy or flavoured at all.</description>

		<description>holy smokes!  Vegan pork belly is my dream.  What did it taste like and was it any good?  was the "fat" stuck to the meat or did it fall off?  Did it actually have a layer of "skin" as the picture seems to indicate?  I miss pork belly.</description>
